About me

Originally from Yorkshire, I now live in Asturias, Northern Spain. My practice is grounded in over a decade of working with adults, in women’s shelters, hospice care, community and inpatient mental health services. I also love providing group spaces for people to express their creativity freely, without judgement or fear.

Outside of work, you'll often find me walking my little dog Nona along the coast, or heading to Spanish class. I paint a lot in spare time, but I feel the most free when I'm trail running through the forest!

I am a qualified Art Psychotherapist and Ecotherapist. My work is overseen by my clinical supervisor and I am registered with the HCPC (https://www.hcpc-uk.org/standards/standards-of-proficiency/arts-therapists/) and a member of BAAT (https://baat.org).
