This video, by Sheer Lev, aims to support you to release stagnant emotions. It can help if you feel numb or disconnected from your body, of if you’re feeling flooded by emotion and don’t know what to do with it. You don't need to be good at dancing to benefit.
Abstract Body Scan
I guide you through a creative exercise to help you connect to your emotions, and explore how they feel in your body. Colours can be particularly helpful here, but simple pens or pencils will do.
