My current home is Gijon, Northern Spain. This beautiful little city offers rich, versatile landscapes for us to explore together through outdoor Art Therapy sessions. I have chosen a few locations around the city which offer enough space from the crowds to provide some privacy, are near shelter incase the weather turns on us and are close to public bathrooms.

Strengthening our relationship with the outdoors is necessary for our own care as and care of the planet.

Outdoor sessions may follow a similar format to online sessions (see above) however they also offer us the chance to deepening our connection to the place. As well as using art mterials, shells, sticks and other found objects can be used to create images of our inner worlds.
